If you forget the access code for a DAU Key card, you will need this card and one of its backup cards present to reset the code. However, the reset access code will only apply to this single card and will not change the access code for other backup cards.

Steps:

• If the app requests you to enter an access code, click on “Forgot Access Code”;

• On the next screen, enter the new access code twice and click “Continue”;

• Tap the card for which you want to reset the access code and click “Continue”;

• Tap the backup card and click “Continue”;

• Tap the card for which you want to reset the access code again to complete the reset
