What should I do if the transaction progress stays on pause for more than 1 hour?
If your transaction is stuck during the exchanging stage for more than 1 hour, we recommend you to allow up to 24 hours for the transaction to be processed. If you need an update on your transaction status, feel free to contact us at support@dau.xyz.
